ASHRAE 90.1 Info Luncheon

On April 22, 2025, the 2021 Michigan Uniform Energy Code - Administrative Rules Part 10a became effective for commercial construction projects in the State of Michigan. The rules allow the use of either ASHRAE 90.1-2019 or the Michigan amended version of the 2021 International Energy Conservation Code. A team from Diekema Hamann Architecture & Engineering (DHAE) will present their interpretation of major, minor and incremental changes to be aware of, many of which will offer some financial payback to go along with the first cost implication on most future projects.
