Associate Member (Event Inclusive) - $1,000.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Qualifications: Associate Membership is open only to persons who are vendors of building supplies or services and who do not otherwise qualify for Principal Member status. This membership includes all event registration fees for the year, with the exception of the January Economic Forecast.

Principal Company Membership - $650.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Principal Company Membership is open only to organizations comprised of owners, managers or designated representatives of buildings primarily used as office buildings, but also including professional, medical and institutional buildings in the West Michigan area; or organizations comprised of individuals who are actively involved in corollary professions, such as real estate development, appraising, real estate brokerage, banking, legal, engineering, architecture and public accounting.

Principal Company Membership allows one primary member to designate two individuals within their organization to accompany them to each event at Member ticket pricing.
