BOMA West Michigan

Beginning January 1, 2026, the Building Owners and Managers Association of West Michigan will be "Elevate Real Estate Association".

We are currently accepting membership and sponsorship applications and receiving membership dues under the BOMA West Michigan website. Please be aware that as of January 1, 2026, these memberships and sponsorships will no longer be with BOMA West Michigan but instead belong to the Elevate Real Estate Association.

If you desire to join a BOMA International chapter you can do so by joining another local chapter or becoming a member at-large with BOMA International.

Associate Member - $650.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Qualifications: Associate Membership is open only to persons who are vendors of building supplies or services and who do not otherwise qualify for Principal Member status. The person must own or have management authority over the business or office service the West Michigan area.

Associate Member (Event Inclusive) - $1,000.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Qualifications: Associate Membership is open only to persons who are vendors of building supplies or services and who do not otherwise qualify for Principal Member status. The person must own or have management authority over the business or office service the West Michigan area.

This membership includes all event registration fees for the year, with the exception of the January Economic Forecast.

Principal Company Membership - $650.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Principal Company Membership is open only to organizations comprised of owners, managers or designated representatives of buildings primarily used as office buildings, but also including professional, medical and institutional buildings in the West Michigan area; or organizations comprised of individuals who are actively involved in corollary professions, such as real estate development, appraising, real estate brokerage, banking, legal, engineering, architecture and public accounting.

Principal Company Membership allows one primary member to designate two individuals within their organization to accompany them to each event at Member ticket pricing.

Principal Company Membership (Event Inclusive) - $1,700.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Principal Company Membership is open only to organizations comprised of owners, managers or designated representatives of buildings primarily used as office buildings, but also including professional, medical and institutional buildings in the West Michigan area; or organizations comprised of individuals who are actively involved in corollary professions, such as real estate development, appraising, real estate brokerage, banking, legal, engineering, architecture and public accounting.
